Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award: February 2016

Congratulations are in order for Kevin and Wendy Gray, who work at The Bob and Judy Charles SmartHome in Boulder, on being selected as the February 2016 co-recipients of the Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award.


Kevin and Wendy were nominated by Site Supervisor Shannon Bundy. A portion of her nomination is below, which ably demonstrates why the pair were selected as this month’s recipients:

Kevin is my full time primary residential counselor and his wife Wendy just became a sub at our house. I am so impressed with how they go above and beyond to care for the residents at our site. Kevin has been incredible as a primary counselor for two of the residents. He takes them on multiple reward outings, he has strengthened one resident’s relationship with his sister, and has really brought another out of her shell. Kevin also comes in early on Saturdays to cook an extravagant breakfast for the house, which everyone loves. Wendy has just started, but we had three residents with birthdays last month, and she baked each one of them a cake for their special day! I feel Kevin and Wendy really need to be recognized for how caring they have been with all the residents of the home. They make this place feel like a family.
