Congratulations Heidi Lindeman on being selected as an Imagine! Case Management Unsung Hero.
Heidi has a unique skill set in crisis intervention and mental health therapy. Over the past year she has provided exceptional service to our individuals who need additional support in these areas. Her respect for our clients and attention to personal choice is evident in her interactions with them. She also recently advocated for an individual in crisis and secured a new residential placement for him that aligned with his desired qualifications, within a very short window of time, to prevent him being homeless. Thank you, Heidi, for your service to Imagine!.
