Congratulations Jessica Connelly, selected as an Imagine! Case Management Unsung Hero.
Jessica has only been here for a few months and has already proven herself to be an excellent Case Manager. One parent said, “Thank you for suggesting Jessica to be my son’s case manager. We liked her very much and appreciated her easy manner and prompt response to questions and requests.” Also, a provider said that she was impressed that Jessica reached out to her and said that she did “a fantastic job” on her job site visit with a client, and was very thorough and attentive. Way to go, Jessica, we’re glad to have you here!
